X-Qlusive: New TBY, Phil Ty, NC, Nasty Boyz & more

xq-tbyAs expected, Stanley3000 has recorded numerous new tracks at last night’s X-Qlusive Technoboy. Besides that, a lot of sets were aired on Q-Dance Radio, providing us with some HQ rips. As your number one release news provider we take a closer look at them.

(Update 26.01: new TBY track name added and video updated, corrected info about Push That Feeling, changed title)

First up is Technoboy himself with a new track, Ti Sento. An impressive, powerful intro is followed by a long singing break á la Amazing Combination. The climax certainly has a good melody, but Rage it’s not. The whole certainly has potential though.

The Phil Ty remix of The KGB’s – Infinity was also played. This one will be on the upcoming 10 Years of Technoboy cd – it’s nothing particularly special though, the sounds just remind of Miami Belch a lot. The Phil Ty team added a slightly edited melody from some well-known trance song I am not even going to bother looking up.

Wildstylez surprises us with a Noisecontrollers remix of his song K.Y.H.U, a track I’ve always loved. An NC remix can’t be bad news, but unfortunately it’s more of an edit than a remix. The arrangement has been shuffled around a bit and some notes were added here and there, but that’s basically it. Hopefully they are still working on changing it more.

You liked those three? Well, you haven’t heard the best yet. I know, it’s not the first time this one is played, but for those who have not heard it yet: bask in the delicious glory of Activator – Lullaby.

Another extremely good track is from Wildstylez. The man is on a roll, with Muzic or Noize / The Moon not even out yet he’s already playing even newer stuff! And he’s so much better without Headhunterz… Check out Push That Feeling! (Update: ok, it turned out I made quite a mistake here. It seems Push That Feeling was originally created for Q-BASE 2007 and played on a few more occassions afterwards. However, its presence in Wildstylez’ current top 10 suggests it may still get a release. The break is samples from this, by the way: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5038jSkjyIc)

The Nasty Boyz dropped a so far nameless track at the end of their set. We only get to hear the climax which sounds like some very generic nustyle.

It looks like that is all so far. If we find any more new unreleased stuff we will update this post. As a kicker, here is something from a couple upcoming and promising talents.

The R3bels aka Plasmaravers – Growl
